Submersible sewage pump is a submersible sewage pump, especially suitable for transporting liquids containing hard solids, fibers, and particularly dirty, sticky, and slippery liquids.

Advantage

1.Compact structure and small footprint. Submersible sewage pumps can be directly installed in sewage tanks due to their underwater operation, without the need to build specialized pump rooms for installing pumps and machines, which can save a lot of land and infrastructure costs.

2. Easy installation and maintenance. Small sewage pumps can be freely installed, while large sewage pumps are generally equipped with automatic coupling devices for automatic installation, making installation and maintenance quite convenient.

3. Long continuous operation time. Due to the coaxial nature of the pump and motor, the shaft of the sewage pump is short, and the weight of the rotating parts is light, the load (radial) borne by the bearings is relatively small, and the service life is much longer than that of a general pump.

4. There are no issues such as cavitation damage or water injection. Especially the latter point has brought great convenience to the operators.

The usage conditions are that the water temperature is ≤ 60 ℃ and the liquid pH value is 4-10.

Use, Inspection, and Maintenance

1. Precautions for use

Pumps are not used in environments with flammable and explosive media, nor are they used to pump flammable liquids.

It is strictly prohibited to impact or roll cables, and it is strictly forbidden to use cables as lifting ropes. When the pump is running, cables should not be pulled randomly to avoid damaging electricity bills, causing corner current accidents, reducing cable sealing, and lowering the insulation performance of the motor wiring cavity.

When using a fixed automatic coupling installation, lift the pump up and down with a lifting chain bolt and handle, and be careful when lifting and placing.

When the pump is placed in water, it should be lifted vertically and not allowed to be placed horizontally on the ground, let alone get stuck in sludge.

A flow control valve should be installed on the discharge pipeline to avoid motor overload caused by excessive flow.
